1. About Clarity

Clarity is an AI-powered decision coaching platform that helps you think through important decisions using structured frameworks. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Clarity is an AI-powered tool, not a licensed professional of any kind. All coaching responses, action plans, insights, expert guidance, artifacts, and recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence. They are designed to help you structure your thinking — they do not constitute and must not be relied upon as professional advice.

• Clarity does not provide and is not a substitute for financial, legal, medical, therapeutic, or psychological advice.
• AI coach personas are fictional characters. They are not real professionals and hold no qualifications or licenses.
• AI responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, biases, or incomplete analysis.
• You are solely and entirely responsible for any decisions you make and any actions you take based on Clarity's output.
• Airox Labs and its affiliates accept no liability for outcomes resulting from decisions made using Clarity.
• For important life decisions involving health, finances, legal matters, or relationships, you must consult qualified licensed professionals.

By using Clarity, you acknowledge and accept that all AI-generated content is provided "as is" for informational and self-reflection purposes only, and you waive any claims against Airox Labs arising from your reliance on such content.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page — this permanently removes all your data.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Clarity for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the AI models or prompts.
• Submit content that is harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others.
• Use automated tools to access the service beyond normal usage patterns.

5. Free Trial

Clarity offers a 3-day free trial for new users. During the trial, you have full access to all features. After the trial period ends, you must subscribe to continue using premium features. The trial is available once per Apple ID.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Clarity offers paid subscription plans (Clarity Pro Monthly and Clarity Pro Annual):

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• For App Store purchases, refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policies.
• For web purchases, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal. Refund requests after 14 days will not be honored. To request a refund, contact [email protected].
• Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase.

7. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create in Clarity, including your conversation messages, decision questions, action plans, tasks, notes, and any other user-generated content ("Your Content").

By using Clarity, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service. This includes:

• Storing Your Content on our servers to enable persistence across sessions and devices.
• Processing Your Content through third-party AI models (currently Google Gemini via Vertex AI) to generate coaching responses and action plans. Your conversation data is transmitted to Google's servers for processing and is subject to Google's data processing terms. Google does not use your data to train their models.
• Using anonymized, aggregated patterns from Your Content to improve our coaching algorithms (never individual content).

We will never sell, license, or share Your Content with third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes. AI processing providers receive Your Content solely to generate responses on our behalf. When you delete your account, all Your Content is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

8. Intellectual Property

We retain ownership of the Clarity platform, branding, AI coaching systems, coach personas, frameworks, and all related intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clarity and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to damages from decisions made based on AI-generated content.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from the Settings page.

11. Apple App Store Terms

If you access Clarity through the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:

• These terms are between you and Airox Labs Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi, not Apple. Airox Labs is solely responsible for the app and its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for Clarity.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to Clarity or your use of it, including product liability, legal compliance, or intellectual property claims.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms. Upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce these terms against you.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Clarity shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Clarity after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email.
